Which photo works best?

Upload one photo of yourself.

  • Face toward the camera, in focus and well-lit, no sunglasses. Your face appears large at the beginning and during the cheering at the end, so clarity matters.
  • Waist up or full body is ideal. Your clothing from the photo carries through, so athletic wear and sneakers suit the jump.
  • One person in the photo, so the AI identifies the correct face.
  • This template is for adults: upload your own photo, or one from an adult friend who gave permission. Never a child, celebrity or stranger.

Where did the Trampoline Jump AI trend start?

The trend began as an AI video that tricked viewers. On 22 August 2026 X user @JustAfzalKhan shared "The perfect jump in rome": a woman jumping from a helicopter above the Colosseum, hitting a trampoline in the plaza, bouncing up and catching the skid. It got 3.8 million views. Lead Stories confirmed it as AI-generated on 26 August. A shorter AI video with the same concept, using a red air cushion rather than a trampoline, appeared on TikTok two days earlier.

On 2 September X user @johnAGI168 posted his Seedance 2.5 prompt for a night rooftop variation (268,600 views), and helicopter clips over deserts and bays appeared afterward. In late September a single-photo high-altitude trampoline CapCut template emerged with tutorials: one from 21 September reached 427,200 views, and the quarry lake variant, showing a rock ledge above turquoise water, gained traction in October. By 17 October #aitrampoline contains 30 videos and 1 million views on TikTok: a small but growing trend.

What happens in the high altitude trampoline AI video, second by second?

The AI creates the entire stunt from your photo, as one phone recording by a friend:

TimeWhat you see
0 to 1.5 sYou stand at the edge (or helicopter door, or roof) and smile at the camera.
1.5 to 2.3 sYou jump off, arms wide, and the camera follows you down.
2.3 to 4.8 sA long drop from directly overhead, toward a tiny trampoline way below.
4.8 to 5.5 sYou land precisely in the center; it sinks deeply and launches you back upward.
5.5 to 9.4 sYou soar all the way back and land at your starting point (or catch the helicopter's skid).
9.4 to 10 sYour friends catch you and cheer, and you laugh toward the camera.

How it works: Seedance 2.5 creates the video directly from your photo, skipping the intermediate picture, so your face remains authentic. You receive 10 seconds at 720p, vertical format, with built-in audio: wind, the bounce, landing and cheering. The exact price displays on the Generate button before purchase, and each run produces a fresh take.

Cliff lake, helicopter or rooftop: which trampoline in the sky should you pick?

  • Cliff lake (the default): a trampoline cliff jump from a bare rock ledge way above a turquoise quarry lake; the trampoline floats on the water below. It matches the single-photo template that spread in October, the most common trampoline cliff jumping version people share.
  • Helicopter: the helicopter trampoline jump from the original viral video. You jump from the open door high above an old city, bounce off a trampoline in a plaza below and catch the landing skid on your way up.
  • Rooftop: the version from the creator's published prompt. A nighttime dash across a rooftop, a jump between towers onto a giant rebound pad with a rainbow ring in the street, a flip, then landing back on the roof.

All three options cost the same and take the same amount of time.

What goes wrong, and how do you fix it?

ProblemFix

Which caption and hashtags fit the trampoline trend?

Caption ideas: "The perfect jump", "They said the trampoline was a bit far down", "Round trip", "I'll be right back". Or create your own.

Hashtags: on TikTok, #aitrampoline has 30 videos and 1 million views, #trampolinejump 688 videos and #helicopterjump 507 videos (17 October 2026). The trampoline trend on TikTok is still new, so quality clips can gain visibility. Keep the platform's AI label visible: the original video fooled viewers, prompting Lead Stories to fact-check it.

Safety: it's an AI effect. Nobody can bounce back from such a jump; never attempt this for real.

FAQ

Trampoline Jump AI trend questions

What is the high altitude trampoline trend?
It's an AI video trend where you jump from way up high, hit a small trampoline far below and bounce straight back to your friends. People also call it the AI high-altitude trampoline or the extreme jump AI effect. It began with a helicopter video on X on 22 August 2026.
Is the trampoline in the sky real?
No. Every video in this trend is AI-generated. Lead Stories fact-checked the first viral one, the helicopter jump to a trampoline by the Colosseum in Rome, confirming it as AI-made. If you searched "trampoline in the sky real": no actual trampoline launches you back from such a fall.
How do I make a high altitude trampoline AI video with my photo?
Choose Cliff lake, Helicopter or Rooftop, hit "Create your own" and upload one clear photo. Hit Generate; the button displays the price first. You receive a 10-second vertical AI trampoline video with audio, available in your Library when ready.
Is there a high altitude trampoline CapCut template?
Yes. The single-photo high altitude trampoline CapCut template spread via tutorials from late September 2026, and capcut trending trampoline videos feature the quarry lake variant. This page creates the same style of video for the trampoline trend on the web, with three scene options, no app needed.
What prompt does the AI trampoline trend use?
The template uses the trampoline AI prompt X user @johnAGI168 posted on 2 September 2026 for Seedance 2.5: a continuous sequence of run-up, jump, fall, a centered hit, a deep rebound and landing back at the top. It preserves his structure and phrasing, with your photo as [Image 1]. You don't write an AI trampoline prompt yourself.
Who made the first helicopter trampoline video?
The viral video was shared on X by @JustAfzalKhan on 22 August 2026 as "The perfect jump in rome" and got 3.8 million views. The perfect jump in Rome video is the example shown on this page. A shorter AI video of a helicopter jump to a red air cushion over Rome appeared on TikTok two days before.
Can I make a helicopter trampoline meme with my face?
Yes. Choose Helicopter: you jump from the helicopter to a trampoline in a plaza below, bounce back and catch the skid. It's the helicopter jump trampoline AI variant of the meme.
Can I do a cliff jump AI video instead?
Yes. Cliff lake is a cliff jump trampoline video: a cliffside trampoline jump from a rock ledge high above a quarry lake, with a trampoline on the water below. A trampoline lake jump like this works as an AI cliff jump video for TikTok.
Can I jump off a building onto a trampoline?
Yes: Rooftop is a rooftop trampoline jump. You sprint, jump off the building to a giant trampoline in the street and flip back to the roof. Other AI videos feature a dam, tower or bridge; a dam trampoline jump or giant trampoline jump from a tower aren't available yet.
Is this an AI trampoline filter or an AI trampoline effect?
It's not a camera filter but an AI trampoline effect: a video model generates a new clip from your photo. Other AI trampoline videos, like AI jumping on trampoline clips of bunnies in a yard, are a separate trend.
How long is the video and what format is it?
10 seconds as a vertical 9:16 MP4 at 720p, with audio from the model: wind, the bounce, landing and cheering. It works on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, with no watermark.
Can I use a photo of a child or a pet?
No child: the template is for adults only. A pet photo might work, since the prompt keeps an animal as itself, but the stunt was designed for a person and outcomes vary more.
Is the video real?
No. It's an AI generated trampoline video created from a still photo: an AI extreme sports video, and nobody is actually jumping on a trampoline. Keep the AI label when you share it, and never attempt anything like this in reality.
