Everything happens in the browser. No editing app needed, no prompt to type, no watermark added.

  1. Add your photo

Tap "Create your own" and upload a picture of you, face visible. Capture it with the camera or select from your library.

  2. Press Generate

The button displays the price. Seedance 2.5 creates the Corpse Bride AI scene directly from your photo without intermediate images, producing 10 seconds with original sound. No prompt needed.

  3. Download or share

The video finishes in a few minutes as a 9:16 MP4. Save it, share from your phone, or access it later in your Library.

Which photo works best?

You need one clear photo of yourself.

  • Face visible: well-lit, facing the camera, showing waist up or full body. The video opens and closes on your face, so facial clarity is most important.
  • Your outfit appears for the opening 2 seconds before the fog converts it into the bride gown or groom's coat. Any clothing works.
  • Glasses and hair remain yours. Hair becomes dark blue in the bride option while maintaining its original length and style.
  • One person per photo. Upload your own picture or one from an adult who gave permission. Never use celebrities, strangers or children.

Where did the Corpse Bride AI trend begin?

The aesthetic originates from Tim Burton's 2005 stop-motion film Corpse Bride (Warner Bros.): a pale-blue bride wearing a torn veil. The corpse bride trend returns each October as makeup art. "Corpse bride makeup" hit 40,500 US Google searches in October 2025, and a traditional makeup reel by @glow12700 surpassed 1.5 million views on 27 September 2026.

The AI variant began in Mexico as a CapCut template called Novia Cadáver, the film's Spanish title (in Latin America it is El cadáver de la novia). Creator @marisolmoli28 shared the first video on 21 September 2026: blue magic rises from feet to face, transforming a woman into a gothic ghost bride beneath a full moon. Tutorial videos made it viral: @fflora77 (424,100 views, 24 September) and @dawn88968 (992,700 views, 26 September). On 19 and 20 October two AI template platforms introduced a variant featuring a slow graveyard waltz. Smew AI generates it from your photo using a general ghost bride aesthetic, not the film's specific character.

  1. Tim Burton's stop-motion film Corpse Bride (Warner Bros.) is released; its pale-blue bride wearing a torn veil becomes a Halloween classic.

What happens during the corpse bride transformation, second by second?

Both options take place in an ancient cemetery at night: skeletal trees, gravestones, rolling fog and a massive full moon.

TimeGhost brideGhost groom
0-2 sYou stand among gravestones wearing your original outfit, facing the camera. Cold blue fog drifts in.Same opening.
2-6 sThe fog glows blue and rises from your feet to your head: a white corset gown with lace, torn tulle skirt, floral stockings, long lace gloves, tattered veil, wreath of white and blue flowers, wilted bouquet. Your skin takes on a soft pale-blue tone and your hair becomes dark blue. The fog rises and dresses you in a tattered black tailcoat, grey waistcoat, loose cravat and wilted boutonniere, with a gentle pale-blue wash.
6-10 sYou sway slowly among the graves, twirl once so the veil floats, and face forward with a melancholy smile. You waltz solo, one arm raised as though holding an invisible partner's hand, then turn toward the camera.

The audio is generated with the video: a haunting, slow music-box waltz with gentle choir and wind through trees. The foot-to-head transformation is the signature move of the Novia Cadáver template that launched the corpse bride AI trend; the slow graveyard waltz is the second phase.

For a corpse bride costume couple, create one of each—the bride from one photo and the corpse groom from another—and share them together. A corpse groom costume requires no shopping this way, and the corpse bride costume guy version is simply the groom option.

AI or real makeup: how do you use it?

Most people searching for corpse bride makeup want to recreate the look themselves. The AI video is a quick method to preview the corpse bride makeup on your own face first: the pale-blue skin, dark lips, blue hair and veil. If you like what you see, follow a corpse bride makeup tutorial for the real application, and save the video as your corpse bride makeup inspo. Many creators share both: the real look followed by the AI version.

It also works for previewing a corpse bride costume adult or ghost bride Halloween costume before purchasing: the corpse bride dress, veil and gloves on your actual body, in a ghost bride costume you can virtually wear in two seconds.

The makeup in the video is subtle by design. Heavy face paint makes AI faces match the original photo less accurately, so ghost bride makeup here means a gentle pale-blue wash, not full white coverage.

FAQ

Corpse Bride AI trend questions

What is the Corpse Bride AI trend?
It is a Halloween video trend where AI transforms you into a ghost bride: blue fog swirls up your body, your outfit becomes a tattered wedding gown and veil, and you finish in a cemetery beneath a full moon. The corpse bride AI trend originated in Mexico in September 2026 as the Novia Cadáver template; one tutorial reached 992,000 views. Here you create it from one photo.
Can I preview the corpse bride makeup on my face with AI?
Yes. Select Ghost bride and upload one clear photo. The video displays the corpse bride makeup on your actual face: pale-blue skin, dark eyes, pink lips and dark blue hair, with veil and floral wreath. It is a fast method to preview the look before attempting real makeup.
Is this a corpse bride filter?
Not a live camera corpse bride filter. It is a complete video generated from one photo, so it functions like a corpse bride AI filter that moves: the transformation, cemetery setting and slow waltz in 10 seconds. No app download needed: it runs in your browser.
What does Novia Cadáver mean?
It is the Spanish title of the film: La novia cadáver in Spain, El cadáver de la novia in Latin America. The AI trend went viral in Mexico under the Novia Cadáver name, and creators use tags #noviacadaver and #elcadaverdelanovia. Novia cadáver IA is the Spanish search term for it. Searches for novia cadáver maquillaje and novia cadáver disfraz reveal the same aesthetic as makeup and costume.
Is it the real Corpse Bride character?
No. The template creates a general ghost bride in costume: a tattered white gown, veil, floral wreath and pale-blue wash on your actual face. It is not the film's character and uses no film imagery. The film, Tim Burton and Warner Bros. are referenced here only to explain the aesthetic's origin.
Is there a corpse groom version?
Yes. Select Ghost groom: the fog dresses you in a tattered black Victorian tailcoat with cravat and wilted boutonniere, then you waltz solo among the headstones. Create a bride and groom from two photos for a couple post.
Can I see the corpse bride in real life with AI?
Yes, that is the concept of corpse bride real life AI videos: a photorealistic person, not animated, wearing the corpse bride dress. Here the real person is you. The video is still AI-generated, so maintain the AI label when posting.
Do I need a corpse bride AI prompt?
No. The template includes the prompt already. The aesthetic comes from a corpse bride AI prompt that a creator published for a ghost bride photo in October 2025 (a corset gown, lace gloves, floral stockings, veil, wreath of white and blue flowers), and the foot-to-head transformation follows the Novia Cadáver template. The film's title and character are not included.
Does the corpse bride AI video dance?
Yes. After the transformation you perform a slow corpse bride dance among the headstones: a sway, one twirl that lifts the veil, then you face forward toward the camera. The groom performs a solo waltz.
When should I post my corpse bride Halloween video?
Before Halloween on Saturday, 31 October 2026. US Google searches for corpse bride climbed from late September through October 2026, and the trend typically concludes with the season. Share it with #corpsebride (310,871 TikTok videos on 20 October 2026) and maintain the AI label.
How long is the corpse bride AI video, and does it have sound?
10 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p, as an MP4 file. It includes original sound: an original music-box waltz with gentle choir and wind. No copyrighted song is used, so you can add the trend's audio when posting.
Does the corpse bride AI video cost credits?
Yes. Each video requires credits, and the create page displays the exact price on the Generate button before you commit. Both versions have the same cost. If a video fails, your credits are refunded.
